Recruitment & certification · Full-stack engineering

inTalent

Nepal’s first assessment-based hiring platform, built end to end. Employers create skill tests, certificates are tracked automatically, and a job board matches verified candidates with employers. A React web app sits on top of separate services for identity, certification and jobs.

  • React
  • Python
  • Django / DRF
  • PostgreSQL
  • Redis
  • JWT / JWKS
inTalent service boundaries: an identity service issues signed tokens, and the certification and jobs services verify them with public keys. Both publish to a notification queue. Identity / Auth Signed tokens · public JWKS Certification Enrollment · assessment Jobs Applications · snapshots Notification queue + worker

  • One issuer. Resource services verify identity with public keys.
  • Local access rules. Each service decides what a request may do.
  • Shared identity. Separate responsibilities.

Internal platform · Full-stack · Historical reporting

Survey System

An internal survey platform built end to end: a React admin interface for question setup, survey rounds, invitation delivery and reporting, backed by an API that stores responses and historical results. Admin teams manage the process; clients receive an individual survey link.

  • React
  • Django / DRF
  • PostgreSQL
  • Redis
  • Celery
Survey flow: a question template is copied into a snapshot for each survey round. Invitations are sent through a Celery queue, clients answer through an individual link, and responses feed reports. Bus Attendance System

The whole path from an RFID tap on a bus to the attendance and live location views used by school teams and parents: ESP32 hardware, MQTT ingestion, a backend for trips and attendance, and a web app that updates in real time. Includes QR ticketing that is validated instantly.

Workflows · Full-stack · Department-level access

Attendance System

An administrative attendance system that handles the exceptions as well as the daily clock-in: breaks, corrections, travel requests and approval steps, with a web interface for each role and spreadsheet exports for reporting.

  • React
  • Django / DRF
  • PostgreSQL
  • Role-based access
  • Spreadsheet exports

Experience

  1. Software Developer

    Nov 2024 – Present

    ING Skill Academy, Nepal

    • Designed a four-layer system: hardware, communication, backend and frontend.
    • Connected ESP32, RFID, GPS and GSM modules to the backend.
    • Built real-time tracking with WebSockets, sending updates to many clients every 5 seconds.
    • Replaced a Raspberry Pi with an ESP32, which cut cost and improved reliability.
    • Built a bus attendance system with live location tracking.
    • Built a QR ticketing system that validates tickets in real time.
    • Created secure backend APIs with JWT, role-based access and optimized queries.
  2. Frontend Developer
